WHERE IS THE CEREMONY?
Our ceremony is being held at Universal Event Space in Studio 6, on the upper level. The address is 6250 Hwy 7, Vaughan, Ontario.
WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE TO THE CEREMONY?
Our ceremony begins at 5:00 pm, please arrive early to ensure you are able to park and get a seat!
WHERE IS THE RECEPTION?
Our reception is being held at Universal Event Space in Studio 4 on the main level. The address is 6250 Hwy 7, Vaughan, Ontario.
WHAT TIME WILL THE RECEPTION BEGIN?
Our cocktail hour will be immediately after the ceremony and the reception will begin at 6:30 pm. Formal dinner to follow.
IS THERE PARKING ON SITE?
Yes, free parking is available at the venue.
CAN I BRING A GUEST?
We are so excited to celebrate this day with our nearest and dearest! As we have to stay within our venue's capacity, we can only accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear on your invitation or under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!
ARE CHILDREN INVITED?
We love your little ones! However, we have decided that our reception will be an adults-only event with the exception of some children. If your children are not listed on your invitation, we encourage you to use this evening as a date night!
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I CAN'T MAKE IT?
You will be missed! If you cannot make it to our wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "no" so we can plan accordingly.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T RSVP?
If we do not get an RSVP back by the date in which we have provided, it will be marked as a "No." We will miss you celebrating with us, however we have to provide total guest counts to the venue in the timely manner they have given to us and cannot accept late RSVP's due to this. We hope you understand!
WHEN IS THE RSVP DEADLINE?
Please RSVP by January 19th, 2026 by using our wedding website on your invitation.
I HAVE A DIETARY RESTRICTION, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
When you RSVP please indicate your dietary restrictions so we can plan accordingly.
WILL THERE BE AN OPEN BAR?
Yes, the drinks are on us!
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day in formal/cocktail attire. Please no jeans or colours that are traditionally reserved for the bride.
ARE YOU REGISTERED?
Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift. However, if you wish to honour us with a gift, a monetary gift would be appreciated.
IS THERE HOTELS NEARBY?
Yes! There are three hotels on the property.
Holiday Inn Express and Suites Vaughan Express, Element Vaughan Southwest & Home2 Suites by Hilton.
